Obliging and helpful as always

Looked at a bit high on prices at first glance, but was the first time I used them, staff were nice and helpful though

Freind ordered Cat part from L/port depot, ask to be sent to Kennett depot...i went to collect....L/port depot had'nt sent...🤦‍♂️

Great customer service as always,polite and prompt. My mower had broken down and I was desperate to get it back up and running. The guys at Thurlow Nunn Kennett were so helpful again and a big thank you to service manager James Sweet for arranging everything so quickly for us.

Very helpful , even answered a few of my silly questions, professional and proficient.

Fantastic rapid response from James Sweet and their tech support Lyndon who helped us out with a breakdown. From calling them to having the chipper sorted was under an hour.

Difficult to say much positive about the service at this place. Well stocked store but unhelpful, useless staff that can’t be bothered. Typical entitled British attitude like their are doing you a favour.

Helpful staff and prices comparable to online sellers but they also make sure everything works before you pick up your purchases. Will return
