Charlotte, Alex and the team at Lanwades made our wedding a total dream come true! Not only is the venue absolutely stunning, with beautiful grounds, the accommodation is lovely and also practical, perfect for close friends and family. The wedding suite is amazing and perfect for getting ready even with a large bridal party. Charlotte had every detail covered she fixed last minute "changes of plans" she helped with preparations with honestly without being imposing. She was supportive throughout the day and was genuinely a god send for the little panicy moments. The venue could be tailored according to how much you want to do yourself. It was a big reason we chose it. I would highly recommend Lanwades. I'm just sad we cannot do the day all over again because it was so fantastic!

We got married on the 20th September 2023 and had our wedding reception at Lanwades Hall. Ofcourse it was the actual day that the wind and rain all came at once but that did not stop us from enjoying our special day! We’ve been eyeing Lanwades Hall at the beginning of our search as it was the perfect distance to the church that we were getting married at. But due to technical issues, we didn’t get a response from our inquiry in the beginning but when they did, it felt like the right timing as we were still searching for other places and once we saw the venue, we knew it was the perfect place to celebrate our wedding. The hall was beautiful and did not need a lot of decorating (as my then fiancé said) and we just envisioned everything. The rooms especially the wedding suite was immaculate and the night that we were there, we slept like a baby! The sunken garden was my favourite part of it and we managed to capture stunning photos though I was gutted our guests didn’t get to see and enjoy it due to the weather but they still enjoyed the day 😌 I guess, overall, we just wanted to say our biggest THANK YOU to the team at Lanwades Hall for letting us celebrate our milestones (10th year, Wedding and 30th Birthday) at their beautiful place. Shoutout to Sophie and most specially Charlotte who was always there, from answering endless queries and sorting out last minute issues. (also thank you for asking us to have a quick break after the ceremony- it was very much needed after the overwhelming experience! really appreciate it!) Thank you all for your professionalism and dedication and going the extra mile to make sure everything ran smoothly. Lanwades Hall is the most magical venue! It is beautiful inside the Hall, every room has been so well thought out, and the sunken garden and grounds are just the cherry on the top! Alex, Elvis, Charlotte & Sophie went above and beyond in the organising process and the day itself to make sure our wedding day was perfect! They are so relaxed, really listened to what we wanted and helped bring our vision to life in the most efficient and stress free way! We went for the 3 day package and loved being able to elongate our celebrations for as long as possible! It really is the perfect setting and the perfect team! We received so many complements from our guests on the venue and our photos look amazing! We couldn’t be happier that we chose Lanwades Hall and couldn’t recommend the venue, or the amazing team enough!

After visiting many venues in and around Cambridgeshire, we had our first meeting with Elvis and decided straight away to book Lanwades Hall for our wedding. We knew we found the dream venue with the dream team. From the initial meeting until the wedding day, Elvis and Alex were so helpful, accommodating, friendly, and always quick to respond to our emails; a dream to work with. Later on, Sophie and Charlotte joined the team and were also extremely helpful and professional, helping us with the last bits and final planning. Our wedding at Lanwades Hall last Saturday was a dream day, amazing atmosphere, intimate feel, and super organised, all thanks to the Lanwades Hall team, especially Elvis, who was simply amazing to us, and Sophie, who was so professional, helpful and organised. We had so many compliments on the venue from our guests, everyone had a great time. If you want your wedding day to be a dream come true, book a meeting with them. We cannot recommend Lanwades Hall highly enough!

Where do I start, not only will you get the most stunning location to get married at but you get the best team too. James, Elvis, Charlotte and Sophie were amazing from start to finish. Nothing is too much for them, before and on the day. They are very personal and make you not only feel like everything is taken care off but actually take care of it and take the stress away. Unfortunately due to the weather we weren’t able to be married in the sunken garden (which is so stunning), but this was not a problem and the team had the great hall ready for us. They then (I don’t know how) managed to turn the room around for our wedding breakfast in a blink of an eye and just how we wanted it set up. Again the room was then turned around for the evening set up. This was done so smoothly and timely that we barley notice. The guys worked so hard and we were so appreciative as it took all the stress away from us. My wife and I can’t thank the team enough for all their support and help through out the whole experience which they made seamless. This venue really is the full package. If you want a stunning location, quality service, quick responses, great professionalism, great personality and great value Lanwades Hall is for you. Strongly recommend you go and take a visit and see for yourselves :)

I've shot a few weddings at Lanwades Hall now and it's always been a total pleasure to work there. The staff are fantastic and very efficient, the food is excellent, the organisation is slick and the lands are pristine and rather beautiful. I love working there, it's always such a relaxing and beautiful place to shoot and the weddings are awesome fun! I highly recommend Lanwades and I am looking forward to going back again this year!

After visiting what seemed like hundreds of venues, my Fiance and I were delighted when we visited Lanwades Hall as we fell in love instantly. The venue is stunning, atmospheric and vast but intimate at the same time. It was perfect for our Christmas wedding. Alex and Elvis were fantastic from day one in helping us plan and organize our day, they are always quick to respond to any questions you may have and are extremely accommodating. Lanwades is truly is incredible and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone!

Cannot thank Alex and Elvis enough for making our big day so special. From the first meeting they made everything so easy, always quick to respond to queries and just lovely people to work with. You can clearly see from how beautifully maintained the hall and gardens are that a lot of love and care goes into running Lanwades. We did a multi-day hire (highly recommend) and had family and friends arriving over two days, and there was always someone on hand to greet guests and show them around. On the day everyone was checked on throughout the morning and even helped my grandmother (who’s in a wheelchair) into the garden. Alex and Elvis also introduced us to our caters Portfolio Events and our photographer Juan who were fabulous to work with and (again) would highly recommend. Thank you so much to everyone at Lanwades!
