Bob was highly recommended to me a few years ago by a friend, I can honestly say I would recommend him to all of my friends and anyone in need. Without a shadow of doubt meeting Bob has changed my life. I approached Bob about personal issues, traumas and troubled emotions which then led to me to bringing my partner along who also found him very effective and that he provided a very safe environment to open up too! Set the counselling aside, Bob is a wonderful character with an uplifting spirit. I am so pleased to have found Bob and I can only hope to continue my journey through life with him as and when needed.

I approached Bob at Anglia Counselling when I hit a desperate low & realised that I could not continue my life in a rollercoasting state of anxiety, low self esteem & self doubt.
